I am very new to website databases. I am not sure which of your products I need. Let me tell you what I want to do and maybe you can advise me.
First, workers with a variety of skills will fill out a form on my site with their contact information and skillset. This information will go into a database. The workers should be able to call up and edit their information as needed.
Next, people will visit my site looking for workers. They should be able to search for workers with a particular skill or skills and in a particular location and get a list of these workers along with contact information. Which of your products would be best for this application?
Since you will need a members type application you should probly look at MCT located here. This will enable your users to create an account to manage their records. However you would need a little custom frontend for the query or search part to search for workers with a particular skill or skills and in a particular location and get a list of these workers along with contact information.
