My Contact Table is a code generator program and can be used for a variety of applications.

It allows you to easily create a PHP/MySQL web application without writing any code.

* Create a file upload area on your site, or a database where members can regiter, login and manage their own records.
* Automatically generate a members access database with an administrator backend with just a few clicks.
* Generated PHP code can be viewed/edited in any text editor.
* Fully support CSS (Cascading Style Sheet) and HTML editor interface (login, registration and others)
* If you want a members access for any area of your website then this application is for you.

Example Option 1 use of the software: Use the software to create a database table for members or yourself to store records. This means that you can allow members to register (sign up) and when they log in, they can add new records, view, search, edit and delete the records they have entered before. They can also upload related files for each record. You control allowed file types, file upload sizes, max number of uploads per record. You have full control defining the fields for the MySQL table, the design or css of the pages or forms used to submit the data.

Example Option 2 use of the software: Use the software to generate a members access area for a particular area on your website. It could not be easier to accomplish. You only need to fill out one field in the software (the members access page url) and generate the code. That's It!

The admin area allows "Admin" members to view and manage members.

Requirements: You will need an mysql database available that you have already created with your webhost and you know the login information. If not you need to start there. You hosting account must also include php4.x or PHP5.x scripting.

Post any questions regarding My Contact Table in this forum.
Thank you for your interest in our products.

Hello
I want to have a small area which is found in many dynamic web sites called: Members Area or Login with the mention:-

Username:
Password:
[Forgotten Password]

When opening MCT, for people without programming or scripting knowledge like me, it becomes a RIDDLE to understand what to do next, which part to modify. Example: In Guest Pages ==> Home==> it opens a window with the following:-
Content you put here will appear in the homepage for the generated application.

This is confusing for me and when reading the forum, many friends seem to have the same problem.

It would be just great if an easy step wise guide is explain how to do the User Login as described above which would greatly help us. Thank You for same..

I'm not super smart however when I read this:
"Content you put here will appear in the homepage for the generated application"

To me means I can enter my own text in this area and remove the instruction note shown by default. In fact you can change the default text you want to display in each page.

Okay you mean the members login page. Oh yeah. I don't work for this company. I'm only a member of the forums like you. I enjoy learning php and sql by trying to help people.

When you have MCT open. Click on the Members Login button link on the left. You will see to the right the text "Content you put here will appear in the homepage for the generated application" you are referring too. Change the text to whatever text you wish. Now when you generate the code and upload the text will be replaced with your text. It's that simple.
