I have created a DB that allows users to upload files... However, everytime I try and upload a file, I get an error as follows:
Error: The file you uploaded exceeds the maximum allowed size of 9765625 KB.
BUT the file is only 23KB in size. I am using longblob as the file type... what am I doing wrong?
