I really need help with a project that I am working on that requires a database. I need an admin page where someone can log in and create a username and password for users. On the admin page this person will also be able to manage users pages. Once admin person creates username and password and gives it to a particular user, that user can then log in to their own page. On this page they will be able to do various things such as submit their story about losing a loved one to violence in which other users can see; register to be a part of a phone tree (this is where users can submit their phone number and also be able to see other users phone numbers); register for additional services, etc. Does anyone know how this would be done and if you can do it.
