How to create a field to be photo upload?

I created a field named 'Photo' on MyContactTable, but could not find any way to play with the field definitions, much less how to make it a photo upload field.
How can I do that?

I think it is explained on product page and help file within the software. File uploads for each record are already defined by default. You do not need to define a file upload field.
