I receive this error message after generating my database, then run the setup script in the file /setup/setup.php

Error while connecting to MySQL: Lost connection to MySQL server during query

What do I need to do to fix this error?

Humm, that lost connection error would be something to do with the MySQL server not the setup.php file.
