setup.php page blank

hi
yesterday i tried to work in php magic but i got stuck when i tried to use sample download ie music application from this website then the moment i open the home page it shows singers ,cd,songs option but when i clisk any of the these oiptions it take me to the page which shows click here but when i click it take me to setup.php page which shows blank.

and i am usinig php5.2.8 and apache 2.2.11 server and mysql 5.1

please advise
